Tokenize United States · By Nolaverse
Launch Date October 2026
National vision. Louisiana first. We help owners prepare assets for tokenization, connect the right people and manage their digital presence over time.
Nolaverse · A Chère Brand
The place. The people. What it could become.
Nolaverse is developing a digital platform that connects asset discovery, immersive presentation and transaction preparation. We organize the information and relationships behind an opportunity, then help maintain its digital presence over time.
How we workOur focus
Our first focus is real estate in Louisiana. The broader Nolaverse model brings four target markets into focus, from commercial property and data centers to government and privately held assets.
Sites and conversion opportunities that need careful review of power, connectivity and development requirements.
Buildings, land and adaptive reuse opportunities, with an emphasis on Louisiana.
Public property and redevelopment opportunities, organized around the responsible authorities and their objectives.
Privately held assets whose owners are exploring growth capital, recapitalization or a new use.
These are Nolaverse’s target markets. Each opportunity starts with the owner’s objective and an individual review of the asset, its information and the path forward.
Our approach
Six stages connect the work: understanding an asset, bringing people together, preparing it for review and looking after the relationship over time.
The Asset Journey 01 of 06
Identify underutilized public and private real estate through source research, local relationships and direct submissions. Every opportunity begins with a place and a reason to look closer.
The Asset Journey 02 of 06
Connect property information, ownership context, evidence and market insight. Surface what is known, what needs verification, and the questions that matter before a decision.
The Asset Journey 03 of 06
Bring owners, government leaders, developers, banks and partners into the conversation. Understand the objective, the decision makers and the practical next action.
The Asset Journey 04 of 06
Coordinate diligence, documentation, and the proposed capital and legal structure with the appropriate specialists. Each opportunity must earn its next step.
The Asset Journey 05 of 06
Prepare approved opportunities for external digital-asset infrastructure. Keep each asset’s internal record connected to the relevant identifiers and status updates.
The Asset Journey 06 of 06
Support the ongoing work: investor and funding-partner relationships, owner communication, reporting and future opportunities. Closing a chapter should strengthen the relationship for the next one.
Built for the whole relationship
Nolaverse’s operating dashboard brings the work around an asset into one place: research, people, documents, deal preparation and the next action. The team can see what needs attention and keep the history connected as a relationship develops.
Explore the working dashboard below. These are actual screens from the current development build, using sample data.
01 / Operating priorities
See the pipeline, upcoming work and missing information together. Nolaverse can use this view to plan the day, follow up with the right people and keep promising opportunities moving.
02 / Asset progression
Keep each asset linked to its people, evidence and deal stage. Nolaverse can organize what is known, identify what still needs review and prepare a clearer package for the next decision.
03 / Coordinated work
Eight named roles organize research, qualification, outreach preparation, materials and recordkeeping. The current tools prepare saved briefs and drafts from existing records for human review.
A working foundation, still growing. Record organization, preparation and review are available in the development build. Live owner access, automated delivery and provider execution are still being developed. Human-in-the-loop protocols guide review, approval, and submission to Concurrence.
Presentation & infrastructure
Nolaverse is partnering with Concurrence to connect real-world assets with a digital ownership experience, starting with Louisiana.
Start with the owner's objective. Organize asset information and documents, then use photography, property video and immersive visualization to help people understand the place, its condition and its possibilities.
Concurrence supports Unified Ledger, Compliance, and Payments for the planned asset experience. Nolaverse prepares the information, with human-in-the-loop protocols guiding review and submission through Concurrence’s approval process.
The planned service continues beyond initial asset setup: digital presentation and hosting, updated information, owner communication and ongoing digital management, all connected to the same asset record.

Where we begin
Understanding tokenization
Tokenization creates a digital token that represents defined rights connected to an asset. Those rights might relate to ownership, income or repayment, depending on the structure and its governing documents.
Understand what exists, who controls it and what the owner hopes to achieve.
Establish the legal structure, participation terms and obligations behind the opportunity.
Represent approved rights as tokens on a shared digital ledger, with transfers governed by the applicable rules.
Enable investors to hold, trade or receive income, securely and transparently.
A simple example
Tokens could represent an interest in a company that owns the building. The documents define that interest and any rights to income. The token records the interest; it does not automatically replace a property deed.
Nolaverse connects the asset information, structuring and ongoing relationship. Tokenization alone does not guarantee funding, liquidity or returns.

FAQ
Nolaverse is focused on commercial real estate, data centers, government assets and private assets, starting in Louisiana. Owner objectives may include redevelopment, growth capital, recapitalization or income. Each opportunity requires its own information, professional review and suitable structure.
Louisiana is the beginning. The operating model also supports conversations about opportunities in other markets.
A token is a digital record of defined rights connected to an asset. What a holder owns or receives depends on the governing documents. See the tokenization explanation for the three steps and a building example.
